CONSTRUCTION
Established in 1993 by President Keith Hall, Rural Road Construction Ltd is a general contractor with an extensive fleet of new and well-maintained earthmoving equipment.
We are a Bondable Company holding current memberships with the Calgary Construction Association and the Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association. In addition, we are Certified Partners of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and a Recognized Exceptional Performer in Workplace Health and Safety with Work Safe Alberta.
We are proud to be leaders in high quality railway, road building, and reclamation projects, specializing in road construction and maintenance, land reclamation, geotechnical repairs, grade stabilization, bridge files (large dam/culverts), and water and sewer system installations.

Founder of Rural Road Construction Ltd. In 1993, Keith is a passionate, resourceful entrepreneur with vision and exemplary work ethic. Keith has 39 years of construction experience overseeing anywhere from seven to ten projects per year for clients.
Daniel Manchur
Surveyor / Lead Hand

Daniel leads our on site surveying efforts during every project and assisting Rural Road Construction in its day to day operations.
Jack Papazian P.Eng., PMP
General Manager / Project Manager

Jack has 34 years of experience in Project and Engineering Management, with 27 years in Site and Construction Management. He is a licensed Engineer in the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba & Ontario.

Recently, Rural Road Construction Ltd has also become members of ISNetworld, and the eRailSafe Canada program.

Survey, procurement, and supervision are complemented by skilled and experienced employees.
​
Certificate of Recognition (COR) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program meeting national. By law, Rural Road Construction must maintain their COR status with yearly audits.
ISNetworld is an occupational health and safety program that verifies Rural Road Construction’s Health and Safety Program is maintained, which has lead to Rural Road Construction achieving a Preferred Contractor Status
